In order to keep our school community as safe as possible and continue to slow the spread of COVID-19, all Center City PCS school buildings will remain closed for the rest of the academic year.

This page will be regularly updated with distance learning materials and resources for our school community.

Distance Learning Materials

Below, you will find distance learning packets for May 4-May 29th. Students should work in their packets each day. Teachers will be reaching out to schedule check-ins and virtual class times to review and assist with this work. All distance learning work should be submitted to your home campus by Friday, June 5th. Reach out to your campus principal for specific times that work will be accepted.

Note that some of the enrichment work is campus-specific.

Meal Resources

The Mayor’s office has designated meal sites for all DC students from March 16 – April 24 from 10am – 12pm each weekday.

CCPCS will go virtual through Quarter 1

Center City PCS classes will start virtual learning on August 31st. We will continue to assess the national health emergency in planning for quarter 2 learning.

CCPCS will go virtual through Quarter 2

We’ve decided that Center City will continue to provide instruction through distance learning through the end of Quarter 2 (1/27/21). Special circumstances may require us to invite select students to campuses for targeted, in-person instruction*. We will continue to monitor the health data to determine if modifications to this decision are necessary.

We are just a few weeks away from the first day of school and are excited to welcome each of you back, virtually.
